Our Story

A family, a mill, and a love for real bread

Grains of Goodness began at home, with whole wheat berries, a grain mill and the simple wish to feed our family well. What started as loaves for our own table has grown into fresh bread, freshly milled flour and demonstrations shared with our community across South Africa.

Wholesome by conviction

We bake the food we want on our own family table: whole grain, unrefined, and free of anything we cannot pronounce.

Traditional methods

Slow fermentation, hand shaping and honest ingredients. Older methods make bread that is kinder to the body.

Biblical principles

Our work is guided by stewardship, generosity and honesty — in the kitchen and in every order we hand over.
