Discover the goodness of whole wheat berries milled fresh in our kitchen and baked into honest, traditional bread. Come taste it, and come learn how to make it your own.

Why Freshly Milled
Milling our own flour is the difference between bread that fills you and bread that nourishes you.
The whole wheat berry — bran, germ and endosperm — goes straight into the mill, so nothing is stripped out before it reaches your loaf.
Flour is at its best in the hours after milling. Freshly milled grain gives bread a sweet, nutty depth that shelf flour simply cannot match.
No bleaching, no preservatives, no improvers. Just grain, water, salt and time — the way bread has been made for generations.

Come Taste
Large and small freshly milled loaves, banana muffins, and bags of flour milled to order. Alongside the baking we keep honey, whole grains, baking ingredients, grain mills and tools for those building a wholesome kitchen of their own.

You'll taste five dishes, take recipes home, and learn about freshly milled wheat, gluten and traditional baking. Grain mills, ingredients and baking tools are available to purchase on the day.
